The World of Time City

The Town

The heart of Time City is the public square around which the town hall, a restaurant, and some houses are built. In the middle of this place there are two benches across from each other and separated by a trash and the streetlight. All the streets of the town are clean and we can see a streetlight and a trash at every intersection. Time City is always dark at night, this is why the streets are empty very soon. They have very peculiar names such as “Edge of the Wall”, “Resonance Street”, “Haze of love”, or “Midnight alley”. It doesn't not really make sense to the citizens because they cannot understand the poetry and history behind these words.

The Prison

Time City has a prison in “Resonance Street”. This place is very quiet and small. Only a single prisoner has ever lived in the cell and some people think he will soon go back there. It is hidden behind the town hall, and kids like to play around. Indeed they like to tease the prisoner who shoots at them, thinking of the time he was outside.

The prison door looks like the neck of a guitar and it is said that the dreams of those locked in this jail are echoing in their head again and again.
