The Legend of the Cyclesmith and Lady Light

There is a story hardly known by every citizen of Time City. A Story that everyone believes is a legend but everyone can feel in their heart and every night in their dreams.

“In the streets where you enjoy your life, there used to be a man who was the most recognized craftsman of Time City. He was the Cyclesmith, the only one capable of combining watch-making, blacksmith and glass-making skills. At home he was creating clocks, watches, tables, streetlamps, chairs, lamps, desks, lights, widows, doors, fences, benches, bikes, tricycles: all the public and private belongings of Time City and its citizens.

He was also the architect of Time City's streets and the craftsman of the face of the town. For that matter he was sometimes working with the Wise Man of Time City, the man who was in charge of the Town.

The Cyclesmith was married to a woman the citizens were calling Lady Light because she was the only one who had the secret of creating the Liquor of Light. It was a thick and white liquid, which shined under the moonlight, made out of pear juice and distilled eight times under full moon light. The reason why Lady Light was the only one able to make the pear juice take this very specific consistency was unknown. Some believe that her body perfume was spread a magical smell.
